About Ace Funds
Ace Funds AS is a Norwegian Financial Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet). The fund was dormant for a period and was relaunched in November 2025, seeded with NOK 5 million by Ace Digital AS. It operates a professional-investor-only, long/short Bitcoin treasury strategy with a strong emphasis on risk management. The fund is not actively marketed and is currently closed to external investors.

Further updates regarding a potential opening to qualified professional investors or the launch of additional Bitcoin-focused funds are expected in the first half of 2026.
